Organic Blue Corn Chip Chili Pie



  • 1 cup of RW Garcia Corn Chips
  • 1 cup of your favorite Chili (we like Amy's Kitchen)
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced white onion
  • Tablespoon Sour Cream
  • Sliced fresh or pickled jalapeno peppers
  • Sliced avocados

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place 1 cup corn chips into a bowl(s)
  2. Ladle 1 cup of your favorite chili on op of the corn chips.
  3. Sprinkle each bowl with 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon diced onion
  4. Top with any other desired toppings.
