Corn Chip Chili "Pie"



  • 1 bag of RW Garcia Organic Yellow Corn Chips
  • 1 can of Amy's Kitchen medium Veggie Chili
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 avocado
  • green onion for garnish
  • sour cream for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, layer ingredients in cast iron skillet (minus the avocado, tomato, and onion)
  2. Bake 25 mins
  3. Garnish with toppings of choice.
