Cooking Instructions
  1. Place in mixing Bowl  (½ Cup BBQ Corn Chips blitzed in food processor & ½ Cup Yellow Corn Chips blitzed in food processor)
  2. Sauté in olive oil (onion, red bell pepper, garlic cloves, chickpeas) until onions translucent, S+P to taste, Cool and add to mixing bowl
  3. Fold into mixture, form 1.5oz balls for Falafel and set aside (2 eggs, 1/2 bunch chopped parsley, 5 leaves chopped mint)
  4. Heat 1/2 cup oil over medium heat, lightly fry the falafel on all sides, serve with tzatziki sauce.
