Cooking Ingredients

1.5 pounds of ground turkey (93% lean)
¼ cup of RW Garcia Organic chili cheese corn chips (ground up in a blender)
¼ cup of RW Garcia Organic yellow corn chips (ground up in a blender)
2 eggs
½ tsp of Worcestershire sauce
½ cup yellow onion caramelized
3 garlic clove minced
½ cup sweet bell pepper small diced
¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

Mix everything together and shape meatballs into small balls.
Brown the meatballs – then put in a casserole dish and cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Remove and serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
