  1. Heat up 1/2 cup syrup on the stove to simmer.
  2. Turn off the heat and dump 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves into it.
  3. Let it sit and infuse until the syrup is cool.
  4. In a small bowl, mix 10 oz of goat cheese with the cooled syrup and you got yourself an easy, mouth watering appetizer!!
  5. Dip to your heart's content (goes great with Sweet Potato Crackers!)
