  1. Place blitzed BBQ & Yellow Corn Chips into mixing bowl. Reserve 1/8 total cup of processed chips for finishing burger.
  2. Sauté diced onions, red bell peppers, garlic, black beans, and corn until the onions turn translucent. Add Salt & Pepper to taste. Cool and add to mixing bowl .
  3. Fold eggs, parsley, & basil into the mixture and form roughly 3 oz patties for burgers. Set aside in refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes.
  4. Pat down patties with reserved chip crumbles for extra crunchy texture.
  5. Pan fry in Olive Oil 4 minutes on each side over medium low heat.
