Summery Prawn Salad Bowl

Ingredients

  • Lettuce (Romaine or Butter lettuce is best!)
  • 6-10 prawns
  • Red Cabbage, shredded
  • Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • Sliced Beetroot
  • Sweet Corn kernels
  • Half of an Avocado
  • Green or black olives
  • RW Garcia Veggie MixtBag
  • Hot Sauce (as desired)
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon
  • Garlic
  • Salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Marinade prawns with olive oil, chopped garlic, and chilies if desired.
  2. Shake dressing with lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dress lettuce.
  4. Top salad with tomatoes, olives, beets, corn, avocado, and Veggie MixtBag tortilla chips
  5. Cook prawns on stovetop or grill, then place upon salad.
