
Summery Prawn Salad Bowl

Ingredients
- Lettuce (Romaine or Butter lettuce is best!)
- 6-10 prawns
- Red Cabbage, shredded
- Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- Sliced Beetroot
- Sweet Corn kernels
- Half of an Avocado
- Green or black olives
- RW Garcia Veggie MixtBag
- Hot Sauce (as desired)
- Olive Oil
- Lemon
- Garlic
- Salt & pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Marinade prawns with olive oil, chopped garlic, and chilies if desired.
- Shake dressing with lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Dress lettuce.
- Top salad with tomatoes, olives, beets, corn, avocado, and Veggie MixtBag tortilla chips
- Cook prawns on stovetop or grill, then place upon salad.
