This vegan cracker dip recipe is quick, easy, delicious, and it can be used to top just about any cracker or chip. However, my new obsession are RW Garcia products. I LOVE the Artisan Crackers and Mixt Bag tortilla chips – which are the perfect chip or cracker to go along with this tasty dip. To make the recipe, just whip up a batch of this dip, drop a dollop of the dip on your cracker or chip, and top the cracker with a halved cherry tomato. Then, pop the whole thing into your mouth and enjoy!
Alternately, whip up this recipe and use it as a traditional chip dip! Just dunk your tortilla chip into the dip and enjoy!

- I use Just Mayo from Hampton Creek as the main ingredient in this recipe. Just Mayo is my favorite vegan, non-dairy, and plant-based mayo. You can get it at Target, Costco, Walmart, Whole Foods, and nearly anywhere else!
- Use this dip to top your favorite tortilla chip or cracker; however, I highly recommend picking up a bag of the RW Garcia Mixt Bag tortilla chips or a box of the RW Garcia 3 Seed Artisan Crackers (all gluten-free and vegan!).
